Submitting a Letter of Inquiry

Letters of inquiry regarding possible Foundation support should include:

  • A brief overview (one paragraph) on the nature and purpose of the proposed project;
  • A rough estimate of cost and amount of funds sought from the Foundation;
  • A rough timeline of the proposed project;
  • Contact information; and
  • The names and affiliations of all key members of the project, if any.

If more than two months pass after your submission without hearing back from us, it is appropriate to email us again to inquire about its status.
